Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including loading, unloading, and staging construction materials.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow safety protocols (OSHA) and report hazards immediately.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
