Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and framers, with daily project tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring a clean work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in pouring or setting concrete when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
