Responsibilities
- Perform general construction site tasks, including digging, lifting, and material handling.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various projects to ensure timely completion.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials and equipment as directed by site supervisors.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
