Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks related to construction, including loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform minor site preparation tasks, including digging, trenching, and concrete pouring assistance.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety equipment, and site procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
