Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction equipment and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Participate in scaffold setup, trenching, and excavation support
- Adhere to project blueprints and team instructions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
