Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools on construction sites.
- Operate and maintain heavy and light construction equipment safely.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and excavation tasks.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and prepare sites for upcoming tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
