- Loading and unloading building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operating heavy machinery and construction tools as required and trained.
- Ensuring the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Performing basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts and weekends if necessary.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
