Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and rough-in work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power drills.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and site cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
