Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) under OSHA guidelines
- Install, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones

- Document daily progress and report equipment/material needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
