Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and accurately.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general cleanup duties and site preparation.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
