Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and documentation
- Participate in emergency response drills and site security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Flexibility to work rotating night schedules (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be US citizen or authorized to work in the US
