Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites, including excavation, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools, handheld equipment, and basic machinery under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Clean-up: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic construction tools is a plus.
