Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, demolition, and concrete work
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and project specifications accurately
- Load/unload materials and tools efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
