Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities, including framing, drywall, and flooring.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for 8-10 hours a day.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
