Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize materials on the job site.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
