Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under close supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Perform minor site preparation, including digging, tamping, and cleaning forms.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not strictly required.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide the training!
