Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer on our night shift, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with skilled tradesmen and equipment operators to support the building process.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and boom lifts (certification preferred).
- Site Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and concrete finishers with various on-site tasks.
- Maintenance: Perform daily site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Inventory: Help maintain accurate inventory of on-site materials and tools.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment is a plus.
