Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and hand tools with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain organized workspaces
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during night operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to various Atlanta metro locations
- Flexibility to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with overtime potential
