Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks.
- Help with digging, tamping, and preparing grounds for concrete or foundation work.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction labor, general labor, or related field.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.
