Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization on the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform minor cleanup duties and site maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
