Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks and material handling.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and project instructions.
- Perform basic site preparation work, including digging, hauling, and general cleanup.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions and labels.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
