Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and carpentry support.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (forklift, jackhammer) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine site maintenance, including debris removal and hazard identification.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
