Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and excavation support.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Ensure the work site remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami worksite.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid work authorization.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication.
