Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Support Trades: Provide assistance to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers as directed.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards of workmanship by performing basic site inspections and cleanup.
- Adherence to Safety: Strictly follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on concrete.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to the night shift schedule (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
