Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Site Prep: Prepare work areas by cleaning, digging, and leveling the ground as instructed by supervisors.
- Tool Assistance: Assist in the operation of power tools and heavy machinery, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including concrete pouring, framing support, and debris removal.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Communication: Report any site hazards or equipment issues to the Site Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Basic ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
