Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete finishing.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials to specification as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and the ability to wear required PPE.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
