Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license (preferred) or reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of safety rules is a plus, but not required.
