Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized work zones
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete shift documentation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- No construction experience necessary – full training provided
- Basic math skills for material measurements
