Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented attitude with communication skills
- USTA certification preferred (training provided)
