Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and basic tool operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
- No construction experience necessary – full training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
