Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- No experience or formal education required – training provided
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to worksite (public transit accessible)
