Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and following site cleanliness protocols.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and cleaning forms.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with necessary tasks.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license or government-issued ID is preferred.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
