Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently and safely.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Equipment Support: Operate hand tools and basic machinery under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks as directed to support ongoing construction activities.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We are looking for hardworking individuals eager to learn the trade; training is provided.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Legal Status: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
