Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, digging, and general cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety standards are met.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in the assembly of structures as needed.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience is required; we teach you the skills you need.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
