Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and preparing materials for the next shift.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties on the job site.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Transport heavy items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid ID or Driver's License required.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
