Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple trades
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Commitment to weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
