Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment and movement of materials.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically demanding work requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
