Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain tool inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
