Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operational Support: Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision to assist skilled tradespeople.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the night shift.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen to understand task requirements.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, lifting, and bending.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a hands-on environment.
