Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and stack lumber, drywall, and heavy equipment safely at the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in digging, leveling, and clearing areas for construction projects.
- Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools and basic power equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Trade Assistance: Help skilled professionals with various tasks, including painting, carpentry support, and debris removal.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Heavy Lifting: Move and carry construction materials as required by daily project needs.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We look for attitude and work ethic.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the US.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand safety instructions and collaborate with the crew.
- Reliability: History of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
