Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and tools.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the direct supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Transport heavy materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Support framing, drywall, or concrete finishing tasks as assigned.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are looking for hardworking individuals willing to learn.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
