Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling components
- Complete daily timekeeping and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
