- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid government-issued ID (required for background check).
- Willingness to learn and work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
