Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleaning.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety (OSHA guidelines preferred but not required).
- Must have a valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
