Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our job sites. You will support our skilled tradespeople, ensuring that the site remains organized, safe, and productive throughout the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including removal of debris, trash, and scrap wood.
- Assist with basic construction tasks such as concrete pouring, framing support, or landscaping.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (like skid steers) safely under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols strictly.
- Set up temporary site barriers, signage, and staging areas as needed.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work night shifts (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) on a full-time basis.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
