Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and waste removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, forklifts) under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
