Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and basic carpentry.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Safety: Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and PPE usage.
