Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and excavation support
- Assist skilled trades with preparation, setup, and tool management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Operate basic equipment like hand tools, power tools, and machinery under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Maintain organized work areas and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
