Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites, including clearing debris, digging, and setting up equipment for the night crew.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials with precision and care to ensure project efficiency.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction machinery and tools under the strict supervision of a foreman.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for all crew members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM) with reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
