Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and welders) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers when certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, leveling, and hauling heavy loads.
- Set up and break down temporary site structures and barriers.
- Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and site rules.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
